Frustrating experience Positive: The apartment is spacious and located in a good neighborhood Nice veranda Negative: The apartment is poorly maintained with dirty windows, creaky floors, and broken fittings. The kitchenware provided was old and partially broken. Most frustratingly, the entrance keys rarely worked due to a faulty lock. When we asked for support, management’s response was to ring the neighbors' bells to ask them to let us in. They only provided a working key fob after three nights of frustrated and desperate requests for help.

Disappointment Positive: The place was not properly cleaned. Found dust, chips bits under the living room sofa and table. Apartment is visibly worn out. Flickering lights, floors shabby, sofa had stains, bed in one of the bedrooms made squeaking noises when we turned sides, isolation very poor - both windows and walls. Overall, it was a disappointment. Stayed for 8 days, nobody came even once to vacuum clean or change the towels. Negative: Spacious

Όμορφο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα Positive: Ένα όμορφο και άνετο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Είναι 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Mediterraneo. Υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ σε κοντινή απόσταση. Μου έκαναν early check in δύο ώρες νωρίτερα χωρίς χρέωση κάτι που χρειαζόμουν και εκτίμησα πάρα πολύ. Negative: Υπήρξε ασυνεννοησία και ενώ περίμενα για το κλειδί την ώρα που είχαμε κανονίσει δεν ήρθε ο κωδικός. Κάλεσα στο σταθερό 3 φορές αλλά δεν το σήκωσε κανείς. Ευτυχώς, ανταποκρίθηκαν γρήγορα στο mail που έστειλα και σε 15 λεπτά κατάφερα να μπω. Πάντως, μου έστειλαν αν υπάρξει πρόβλημα να καλέσω μέσω what’s up σε έναν αριθμό και το απόγευμα μου έστειλαν και mail για να επιβεβαιώσω ότι όλα ήταν εντάξει με το check in. Μέσα στο πρόγραμμα είναι και αυτά.
